    As I said, I like to practice body balance whenever I can, due to the many benefits it has. This time, I'll delve a little deeper into this practice by giving you some basic tips for you to face your first class knowing what you and catch you new.

    For a start I will say that you need not have any other discipline practiced before, and that everyone can do regardless of body balance level, including elderly and pregnant people. You can start from the level you have and so exercises tailored to you and your fitness level. You're going to increase the level of your workout as you move the sessions. Be guided by your monitor.

    Essentials: Comfortable clothing and water

    To practice these sports is always advisable to use proper clothing, which primarily must have two characteristics: comfortable and lightweight. You have to move and especially allow sweat.

    One more thing that many people forget: always carries water! You may need to hydrate during exercise. It is also important to drink before and after exercise, so do not forget your bottle when you go to a class of body balance.

    Have patience and do not want to run too, starts with very gentle exercises. No longer do classes or exercise of a very high level, you will move faster. Everything involves a process you have to follow the steps if you want to really reap the benefits of a discipline as the body balance.

    It is a discipline in which you exercise though not very high intensity. The work done in each one-hour class is full, rich and will allow you to improve your fitness, activate metabolism and tone your body.

    My advice is hot before each class and of course that stretch after completing a session of body balance. This prevents unexpected injuries.
