    Tips to be happier in summer.

    Summer comes into our lives and right on the day we opened new season I would like to dedicate a post on Welfare, coaching your space to reflect on happiness. The seasons pass marking a changing rhythm in the landscape, however, there is something that remains: the desire to be happy. Summer holidays pose a different professional context marked by routine obligations and little time connotations. How to be happier in the summer?

    1. Customize the way you live the summer. Although there are typically summer plans, it is important that program your schedule according to your interests and personal expectations. Feed your self-esteem!

    2. Practice carpe diem but bearing in mind that the holidays have start and end.

    3. Start the summer with expectations adjusted to reality. One of the main sources of suffering is idealize this time of year.

    4. Speak positively about yourself and your own life. You can make your personal circumstances are not as rewarding as you would like, for example, you may throw less have a stronger social agenda.     8. Walk barefoot on the edge of the beach, the lawn of a park or the backyard. Feel the pleasant sensation of being in contact with the natural ground.

    9. Set yourself achievable goals simple and you've been putting off throughout the year. Today is a good day to love yourself.

    10. Start the summer with positive attitude and live this time seeking a balance between reason and heart.
