Now the officials have given the 'all clear' at the Washington Navy yard, which was put on lockdown following reports of a possible shooting.  Few details about the ongoing incident have been confirmed, including whether there are any victims, but the U.S. Navy tweeted at 8 A.M. that the facility was on lockdown.
