Throughout history, the film genre of horror and suspense was linked, on several occasions, with unexpected deaths and real catastrophic accidents, even more dark that told through fiction. Today we present some of the most emblematic cases.
-Poltergeist
Between the first and the third film of this famous saga of terror, a strange and deadly spell ended the lives of several of its protagonists. Dominique Dunn, interpreter of the older sister of the protagonist, was strangled by her boyfriend at 22 years of age; Julian Beck, with a role in the second film in the series, died at age 60 for stomach cancer; Will Sampson, interpreter of an Indian physician, died after a complication during surgery, at age 53. However, the most resonant tragedy involving the death of the little protagonist, Heather O'Rourke, who died at age 12 from septic shock.

The plane was traveling Gregory Peck, principal actor, he was struck by lightning while crossing a storm, without consequences for him and the other passengers.
